Wellness Assistant

Part Time, Hourly
8-12 Hours/Week
Y Membership Included

We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals who want to work in our wellness center; duties include assisting members, cleaning, and laundry.  High standards for safety and cleanliness and the ability to work with all ages are required, but a background in health and wellness is helpful.

Shifts Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00PM to 8:00PM and Fridays from 5:00AM to 7:00AM are currently available; however, a flexible schedule is preferred.

Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for friendly, hardworking individuals who can multitask and perform well under pressure. Outstanding customer service and the ability to work with youth and teens are required and a background in administration and health is helpful.

Shifts Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:00AM to 1:00PM, Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:45PM to 6:00PM, and weekends are currently available; however, a flexible schedule is preferred.

Housekeeper

We are looking for responsible hardworking individuals who want to work in our housekeeping department; duties include cleaning our facility and laundry.  High standards for cleanliness and safety as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently are required.

Evening and weekend shifts are currently available, but a flexible schedule is helpful.

Youth Soccer Referee
Part Time, Hourly

We are looking for individuals who are knowledgeable about the game of soccer to referee our youth soccer league games in both the Spring and the Fall.  Requirements for the job include, but are not limited to, the ability to run up and down the field, excellent communication skills, and a background in soccer.  Each referee is assigned a minimum of two games each week, but some weeks may be more.  Game days are on Saturdays throughout the season and on weekday evenings during tournament week.  For any questions, please contact our Associate Sports Director, Samantha Strasburger, at 765-472-1979 ext. 719 or sstrasburger@mcymca.org

Transit Driver

We are looking for part time drivers with a heart for helping others!  The job entails assisting riders into and out of vehicles, pushing wheelchairs on and off of vehicles, and loading groceries.  Drivers are also required to keep vehicles clean and sanitized as well as to perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.

Child Care Assistant

We are looking for nurturing, outgoing, energetic individuals who want to work in our child care department.  Candidates must be able to work with kids ages 3 to 12 and have a high standard for safety.  Experience in youth development is preferred.

Shifts Monday through Friday are currently available.

Homeschool PE Group Leader

Part Time, Hourly
6-10 Hours/Week
Must be Available Fridays from 9AM to 3:30PM

The Group Leader is responsible for helping with the implementation and supervision of the homeschool class, including participant communication and activity supervision and coordination. Main job duties include coordination of class day activities, including scheduling, set up, and officiating as well as helping to maintain program equipment and all program related supplies.

Sub Yoga Instructor

Part Time, Hourly

We are looking for friendly and knowledgeable yoga instructors who can teach our yoga classes on a substitute basis.  Preferred candidates will be a certified yoga instructor, have a strong interest in wellness, and have the ability to build relationships.

Group Exercise Instructor
