Housekeeper
Part Time, Hourly

We are looking for responsible hardworking individuals who want to
work in our housekeeping department; duties include cleaning our
facility in the evening and laundry. High standards for cleanliness and
safety as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently
are required.
Weekday evening shifts are currently available, but a flexible schedule is helpful.

Key Qualifications
Minimum age of 16
Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid Certification
Current YMCA Lifeguarding or Red Cross Lifeguarding and obtain YMCA Lifeguarding Certification within 60 days of hire
Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards
Physical Demands
Ability to pass lifeguard water test
Must be able to remain alert
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
Adequate ability to hear noises and distinguish distress signals
Ability to continuously scan all areas of the pool with clear vision
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks necessary for a water rescue
Ability to communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations

Swim Lesson Instructor

5-20 Hours/Week

Key Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Have the ability to work with peers, engage with all ages of children, and coordinate communication between participants and parents
Be highly motivated to provide quality aquatic experiences
Make decisions and judgements
Work effectively under stress
The Swim Instructor provides water safety and swim lesson instruction that help participants strengthen swimming skills, increase water safety knowledge, and grow in spirit, mind and body.

Transit Driver

We are looking for part time drivers with a heart for helping others! The job entails assisting riders into and out of vehicles, pushing wheelchairs on and off of vehicles, and loading groceries. Drivers are also required to keep vehicles clean and sanitized as well as to perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections.

Substitute Yoga Instructor

We are looking for a friendly and knowledgeable yoga instructor who can fill in for our evening yoga classes. Preferred candidates will be a certified yoga instructor, have a strong interest in wellness, and have the ability to build relationships.
