Full Time Aquatics Director
We are seeking a community oriented professional with a proven record in aquatics to oversee our pool and our aquatics team and programming. Successful candidates will have at least 4 years of related experience, a strong commitment to character values, a good work ethic, and a significant background in staff development.

Full Time, Non Exempt Salary: $36,000 - $44,000

Adult Basketball League Assistant Coordinator
Part Time, Hourly
6-8 Hours/Week
(must be available on Sundays from 2PM to 6PM)

The Adult Basketball League Assistant Coordinator is responsible for assisting with scheduling, officiating, and set up/tear down.

Child Care Assistant

Minimum age of 16
Certifications: CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, Basic First Aid Certification
Current YMCA Lifeguarding or Red Cross Lifeguarding and obtain YMCA Lifeguarding Certification within 60 days of hire
Ability to maintain certification-level of physical and mental readiness
Must demonstrate lifeguard skills in accordance with YMCA standards
Physical Demands
Ability to pass lifeguard water test
Must be able to remain alert
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods
Adequate ability to hear noises and distinguish distress signals
Ability to continuously scan all areas of the pool with clear vision
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks necessary for a water rescue
Ability to communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations

Key Qualifications
Must be at least 16 years of age
Have the ability to work with peers, engage with all ages of children, and coordinate communication between participants and parents
Be highly motivated to provide quality aquatic experiences
Make decisions and judgements
Work effectively under stress
The Swim Instructor provides water safety and swim lesson instruction that help participants strengthen swimming skills, increase water safety knowledge, and grow in spirit, mind and body.
